what a crock. finger pointing when you don't do even the most basic DD. it wasn't hidden - it was in plain sight in public filings. if you had looked at SEC filings that were MONTHS old you would have seen the share structure. what would anyone who is reasonable think about a company that authorized 100 BILLION shares? that they did it for yuks? or that they did it because they think they are likely to issue that amount at some point?
