I don't believe these figures are public.

You do know that design for high yield and good manufacturing
margins results in lower density chips?



That's a fair point, but why did Intel spend a lot of time talking up density as a critical component of lowering cost, if there are very good technical reasons to sacrifice density to lower cost?

Why did Intel beat itself up at the Investor Meeting for being behind on density at the 22nm node v.s. 20nm from TSMC?
