How is Live going to differentiate itself from Media Center PCs? Viiv offers exclusive content, in addition to the availability of media hardware (component outputs, Dolby 5.1 support, etc). Viiv also has the software that creates a "Tivo" like experience. I don't see how Live can overcome the lack of content and software. Windows MCE will not be enough.
