Wow, I can barely speak, you put so many words in my mouth.

You have also pushed me to the far end of the spectrum and introduced an inaccurate construct where Wave either deals with its bad perception, or it tries to turn the core business around.

If that's the message you drew from my post, it is certainly not what I tried to convey.

But, now on the subject, would you not agree Wave's bad perception has hindered the company--simply because it made so many bad moves, promised so much, but delivered so little?

I don't think it is an either/or situation. Certainly the business must be transformed, no question. No question either, the company has been left in dire financial straits--money is tight.

My opinion is one can begin to clean up Wave's image, which will assist the fiscal condition simply because there are a lot of lurkers and fellows like Tony McFadden who would probably jump back into Wave in a big way, if he saw the company was starting to run in a professional manner.

I made my case, you probably thought it too harsh. I said Wave seems on almost the same path under Solms as under SKS. Look at today's "news"--'Wave presents...' . The ATM is still on, we've had a placement. But the most visible adornments of the old regime--father, brothers, daughter and horse nanny are still on the payroll. Scrambls has no chance of returning any revenue, yet is costing us more than $100K/month.

Where's the difference? No new deals struck, no new contracts signed, etc. Solms became CEO in Oct. This is Feb.

I expect Solms to work on both areas simultaneously--fix the biz end, if he can. And do something about the way Wave is perceived--if he can.
