What is the purpose of the share increase from 2 to 6 billion effective 20 days from the mailing of the PRE 14C on February 3rd? Is it for the merger? Is it to dump shares on the merger news?

If this 8k doesn't show up I would say the latter. This huge increase in shares looks to fall right smack in the dab of when the merger will have occurred or not.
