Perception is important. When you are trying to sell your company as the best to handle vital security needs, an oaf like SKS and many of the others aboard who don't paddle much, if at all--do not add to a good public perception.

To a hammer, everything looks like a nail. To a bean counter, it is always about the beans. Integrity, honesty, telling a true story--are all outliers, beyond relevance, to most bean counters. Money matters, of course, but some things are more important.

Wave has had a terrible reputation for a long time and getting rid of the most visible, ugly barnacles lessens the drag and aids a better perception of the company as solid. Of course the product has to be stellar and the sales efforts better than in the past.

Those who argued technology trumped all have been proven grievously wrong, as have those hailing SKS as a genius. There's a bad history here and many, if not most of the players who were present during the Era of the Long and Steady Decline--are still aboard.

I wait for change--real change and some consideration of the share holders at last. Thus far, only words. After 17 years invested, should not I expect my original $1 shares to be worth a little more than a nickel?

I'm not convinced we have a new regime. Show me, please.
