Blue got the point, it is a good mechanic to raise cash, in his view it is easier than to sign 3G licenses ; but how it implememted it everyone's guess unless you trust it is being done right, I mean all those millions of options out there for grab. I know that all the Board of Directors want to have their hands first in the cookie jar if you know what I mean.
They will disappear in a heart beat if you want to talk with them about serious business subjects like good coperate governance for example.
