Thanks, John. When you said you got lost in parts of it, I knew I was doomed to miss big hunks of it.

I saw "holy grail" in your post and searched on it and found this thread about Sapacitabine, a non-related drug for leukemia.

But later in the thread, a knowledgeable poster was asked about NWBO's odds. The poster wasn't enthusiastic about NWBO's approach:

"I wish NWBO had chosen one protein, one antigen, and then really cranked up the immune system to go after it. Instead they are going for a nonspecific gmish of antigens, and so I think patients will get “nonspecifically” but not spectacularly better."

Was this discussed here before? I apologize if it was. If there's a prior post about it, perhaps you could point me to it. But I would appreciate comments from anyone who feels comfortable discussing the science. TIA.
