yes, Hook, this is a complex play to sort out. I notice four things traders take a glance at here, then move on without looking into this play any further:
1) the r/s
2) the 750 shares issued to Vapor Group as part of the merger.
3) the name AvWorks Aviation
4) the claim this is an mmj play
all four issues on the surface seem alarming.
1) r/s are almost never any good any pinkyland- but you need to crunch the #'s like I did in the stickied post above- no see if it makes any sense to hold pre r/s.
2) you need to reed the filing and now the 750mil is unregistered and will not be able to be sold for 1 year
3) you need to understand the terms of the merger deal- Vapor Group took over the shell- SPLI's management and assets have nothing to do with this play now.4)
4) you need to understand the Vapor business to know why this is an mmj play
