Watts, can you point out the Visser anti-dillution clause? I can't find it in this VPC agreement:

From all outward appearances Visser's percentage ownership has been diluted since the agreement. But where does it state Visser can't be diluted?
If there is an anti-dilution agreement then a huge number of shares will need to be issued to Visser to make him whole. And this should be settled in arbitration.
