I think you are wrong on not finding one patent infringed. I believe a judge said a patent was infringed, but then added the patent wasn't valid. In England I think judge Pumphrey found infringement. I think as the song said ITS JUST A MATTER OF TIME.

I think the sellers of IDCC are damn fools and they think we are damn fools. This time I am betting the longs win.
