Scroll to the last comment post by CBOE TRADER. It's Napodano's rebuttal of the article. Very DARA POSITIVE...I don't think most people have seen it since its tucked away. One thing that jumped out at me was his point that DARA can or has filed patent protection till 2029 based on the reformulation. This makes ODD not quite as crucial...although there are tax benefits etc..
