2 points in the 'other' direction.. 1) judge saying that it might not matter one way or another on comprising 2) then affirming tmob attorney's response, something along the lines of, "that's what i was hoping you were going to say"


.. i'm just paraphrasing from memory as i have not relistened to that clip again today
