Apparently, some time in the past couple of days, you have altered the way filtered posts are handled. Unlike before, a post from a filtered member cannot be accessed without going to the trouble of turning off "filters" then turning them back on again when finished.

I would not have thought that a problem until I began interacting with the new setup. Occasionally, I will get posts specifically addressed to me and as it stands I cannot see what they are about or see if a question were asked - and more irritating, it sits there until I go into private mail and manually delete it without knowing what it was. Even though I might not want to read all of the posts a person puts on the board, neither do I want to be rude and not answer a direct question.

Similarly, if I am reading a post and want to see the original post it was in response to, I cannot do so - when I click on the prior post's number and the original was from a filtered poster, it takes me to a unrelated post picked seemingly selected out of thin air.

As you can tell, I liked the old system better, and hope you can reconsider the way filtered posts are now being handled. I am sure there was a reason for the change, but perhaps there is a better way to handle it.
