Shell +1% despite awful quarter because the bad news was pre-announced on Jan 19 (#msg-96114444) and the valuation is so low.

Moreover, Shell increased the annualized dividend of the two classes of ADRs to $3.76* from $3.60 (http://finance.yahoo.com/news/royal-dutch-shell-plc-fourth-072800920.html ) and added two independent directors to the BoD (http://finance.yahoo.com/news/royal-dutch-shell-plc-directorate-083900674.html ).

*1 ADR (of either class) = 2 ordinary shares.
