With all due respect, it isn't that simple.

More stock returns for Management is less returns for investors, it is that simple.

I have read your arguments against the approval of more ISOs, and although I am not as passionate, I do agree with you that at this time issuing more options is not the best way to go.

Each shareholder needs to determine if the future value of their investment will best be increased by approving the additional options, or voting against the additional options. Right now, nobody can say with certainty that the value of their investment will absolutely best be served by voting YES on this issue. Conversely, nobody can say the same by voting NO on the issue.

I assume that management, with their primary duty to improve long-term shareholder value, believes the option increase is in all shareholders' best interest.

No management team is flawless. And I disagree with them that an increase to the already generous plan will help our cause long-term. But I think we should try to avoid simplifying the issue to absolutes.
