City waste water municipal plants can handle their waste water with no problem at little cost, unless it is huge amounts of salt water versus fresh water compared to the size of the local city plant. A real large facility in the middle of no where are the ones with a problem, that need their own discharge treatment system.

But don't most of them simply filter the water with bio filters like small aquariums, and periodically remove solids?

Is there really any high unmet demand there anyway?

Ambition with out knowledge is like ship in dry dock, going nowhere FAST!
