well, form t trades are not after hour trades. Per SEC you can not have after hour trades in OTC stocks. Form t trades are posted after hours but are trades that occurred during regular trading hours but did not get reported in time so they are required to show after hours as a form t.. so the trades at .0004 were when the bid or ask was at .0004 during regular hours.
