Exactly correct. Apple has control. Apple has everything it wants from LQMT. Apple can use all the LiquidMetal it wants, in whatever way they want to use it. And Apple continues to hold the right of first refusal for another two years, until 2016. There is no need for Apple to buy LQMT.

Apple is not interested is getting into military contracts, or into drilling, automotive, golf etc... Apple's focus is on consumer electronics. The company's business model is to build a few things and build them well. They don't want to own LQMT.
