Let me predict the future of the Middle East. They run out of oil, those that made a lot of money quit funding terrorism, get the hell out, send their kids to Harvard and the place turns back into a big pile of sand. Unfortunately, we get to wring our hands, try to make a fake peace and deal with the fallout for the next 40-50 years.

No one has ever cared about the Middle East, we care about oil. The Saudis flew an airplane into the Pentagon and the World Trade Center and got away with it. We just used it as an excuse to invade Iraq to secure more oil. When it's gone, the place is just sand and no one will care. No one.
