Shorts
I may be wrong on this but wasn't there around 3 million shares short prior to the Ericsson settlement announcement, and then it went to 4 million and now it stands at 5 million. So lets do some figuring there was 3 million short below $13.00 another million added around $19.00, and then another million added around the $22.00 to $24.00 range. So using these numbers there are 3 million that are down almost 100% and 1 million down at least 15% and the last million is probably at break even, and sweating like hell. So you tell me when these people are going to capitulate and cover, as the numbers don't lie, they are losing their proverbial ass, and will continue to do so. The boys who shorted it at $13.00 and below surely must want to short some more at this ridiculous price, why this should be a piece of cake, or like taking candy from a baby, and they will most likely be selling more as covering couldn't possibly be the thing to do as they are way to smart for that. I see them now when they are broke saying what happened as I always made money shorting IDCC, where did I go wrong?
