I posted quotes from the issuer's filings, I posted share data provided by the issuer, and I quoted the rules and regulations as promulgated by the Securities Act of 1933 and the Exchange Act of 1934.

None of what I posted was opinion or lies. I was not the one who filed periodic reports by the issuer on Edgar, and I do not have access to the issuers account at OTCMarkets where it currently discloses information.

I do not have access to corporate resolutions, nor am named on the account at the transfer agent printing the shares as disclosed by the issuer.

I suggest you look at the issuer as to why they are violating securities laws, and not look at posters as to why the stock is getting trashed.

My next research is to check out where the entity or person(s) domicile that received these shares, and check with the states in which these shares were sold. I plan on confirming if the issuer actually complied with state securities regulations while checking at the Division of Corporations in each state.

It is quite possible while this issuer violated federal securities laws, they also violated many states securities laws as well.
