>> What you are now saying is that Premium Members who adhere to the TOU may be restricted from posting on certain boards by the COB & the Directors of that board and their posts deleted at the whim of the COB & the Directors thereby creating a Private Club.
On a whim, no. If they abuse the rules, I step in. If you are being annoying or are unwanted on their board, I don't.
>>That is in direct contravention of what you advertise what a Premium Membership consists of ie access to all boards.
Nobody has denied you posting privledges to any board nor restricted the number of posts in any way.
If you want to get technical about this, go for it. Your post was made on that board. Hidden now, yes, but you made it and your privledges were not denied. It can be argued from multiple angles.
Do you want to post somewhere where you are not welcome?
I can't believe you are really going to stand up and raise issue over that one post that was made in the heat of a battle to prove a point to a couple of you.

Edit, it's right there in the TOU, for you.
Chairman (and Directors) of personal (non-stock-specifc) boards are allowed to remove any post that falls into the following categories: Duplicate, Vulgarity, Off Topic, Personal Attack, Violation of Privacy, Threat, Thread Disruption. We do reserve the right to step in if we see blatant abuse of your Chairman features.
They marked it as personal attack. The moderator was unaware of the joke between you and Mr. Ed. So he/she deleted the post. You decided to take issue with me instead of them. It's their board. I said I wasn't getting involved unless it was something I needed to. And it wasn't. You eventually took it up with them and they left it deleted. Case closed, move on.
