If you violate the TOU, you get suspended. That is clearly explained in the TOU and I have no problem with that. I am referring to posts made on non-stock related boards that get deleted despite the fact that the TOU of iHub were not violated. You have decided that these boards are/may be considered Clubs. That is not in the TOU nor in the description of what a Premium Membership entitles or doesn't entitle you to. I did engage in friendly banter on a non-stock related board, the post got deleted and you wouldn't reinstate same. What you are now saying is that Premium Members who adhere to the TOU may be restricted from posting on certain boards by the COB & the Directors of that board and their posts deleted at the whim of the COB & the Directors thereby creating a Private Club. That is in direct contravention of what you advertise what a Premium Membership consists of ie access to all boards.
