AJ -- the LEFT shoulder, not the right shoulder. For there to be a LEFT shoulder, that slanted neckline has to interact with price to give a, well, a shoulder shape, doesn't it? Otherwise you're dealing with something else.

But a backtest of that trendline break would be a good place to go short <G>

Seriously, I see no H+S in the SPX cuz I can't make out a left shoulder with a complete head and right shoulder. It takes all threeeeeeeeee.
