i think there is no correlation to DRYs,ORIG or BDIY…..these shippers seem to have minds of their own. if BDI starts kicking big time, then it will be reasoning for move……or not. Really, I think this move is tied to tankers, more than anything! or next rig….either way, close at $4 is HUGE!
