jtaylor, the company has been moving forward for many years now. many of us expected to be where we are now, a good two years ago. however, it appears that nok stopped acting as a good-faith partner. their scorched earth policies are well documented now--the results of nok delays has been to delay the entire industry from settling with idcc.

to me, that sounds like the exact opposite of the Lanham Act case in DE. anyway, idcc has been developing all along, but it has been a test of the long's patience. now the certainty of their fulfulling their vision is evident. products, acquisition(s), legal victories, arb. victory(s), standards participation, etc...

if lg can drive the stock as it did, what market share did they represent? idcc's investment in advance technology will serve to keep their %royalty from eroding. if the recurring license base is now strong enough to cover all operating expenses, where will all the money drop to?

it's the same story everybody has been professing since before NOK fired the shot heard round the world.
