true, but their move off the otc and to a better exchange speaks to their less troubled future, and to the likelihood of another move to an even better exchange. i also like to look at the product and fundamentals of a company. and, this one is very promising. i expect good news from them and higher share prices this year. how are you reading the compliance warning?
