ETAK has a long and troubled past going back to its birth as a spinoff.

"issue with the independence of their auditors." I would consider that a significant problem.

Why don't they simply hire a Big-4 CPA firm? That would cost more but the stock would soar... assuming the audit shows what management has claimed.
