I was an investor in DNDN during the 2nd Phase III go-around and learned that DNDN went through an unprecedented torture chamber of ignorance as well as intentional bad acts. Prostate cancer patients had formed an advocacy group that worked towards getting awareness built for Provenge and filed a lawsuit after the FDA decision in 2007.

The positives for NWBO are that unlike 2007, immunotherapy is now recognized as not only legitimate, but to many the most promising field of new treatments for a variety of problems. So I do not think NWBO will see what DNDN saw.
