I guess tablets are now perfectly suitable for running productivity apps, now that Wintel is on them.

(Because up until now, everybody's been saying they are toys compared to real computers like laptops, etc...)

BTW, What exactly does someone need full-blown Windows on a tablet for?

And if they're now suitable for heavy-duty Wintel-style computing, why can't Android on the exact same hardware perform the same functions? Sure, MSOffice might not be currently available on Android tablets (although it IS available on Android PHONES), but there are multitudes of compatible substitutes available, for little or no cost...

Rather than being a response to a problem people are having and need a solution for, this sudden surge of "dual-boot tablets" actually MS being afraid of letting too many eyeballs get used to something other than Windows and is playing the "nearly free Windows on netbooks" card again.
