Don't we have a SPA for DCVax-L? If so, it doesn't matter what anyone says about the trial's primary endpoints - if we have a SPA, then the FDA has already agreed to PFS. And FWIW, I don't think OS will be an issue. I fully expect statistically significant OS numbers...but even trending OS numbers should be enough for approval if PFS numbers are good.

But can anyone confirmm that we do have a SPA?
