Isn't this odd. Carefully re-read MW's statement below. It doesn't specifically say that "we welcome Mr. Windsor" to the board. It just welcomes Mr. Windsor. To what or to where does MW welcome him? The sentence is very cleverly constructed so the readers would be likely to assume Mr. Windsor is welcomed to the board, but it doesn't actually say that. the phrase, "we welcome Mr. Windsor" is left dangling, like an incomplete sentence.
We made important and significant board changes both at Impact Fusion International and our wholly owned subsidiary Supreme Energy Resources as we welcome Mr. Windsor.
I still think the board member R G Windsor is Rhonda G Windsor.
