wrong, this info was BEFORE the....

..

r/s and there are like NO shares now, and thats why its running. i'm trying to get the exact structure, but for now, its going to run. something is changing there, they put out 2 filings yesterday, and today, the stop sign changed to a yield, so its clear that p/r's are coming imo.
