If investors were falsely induced to put their money into CDFT,

the corporate veil would be pierced and Mr. DeRoos would be personally liable.

Wonder how that would be proved? After all he did have the Sports crap appraised as cover. How to prove intent of false inducement, vs just plain stupidity on his part?

Lingering in the background is the attempted bond fraud, and securities violations. Two different ways for DeRoos to lose everything he ever siphoned off from CDFT. Huge criminal fines, and/or SEC forced disgorgement after suspension, and subsequent litigation. Again, potentially leaving little behind.

Post 15-Jan might be very interesting. Will DeRoos file a 10K? And what might happen soon after? Will Riad run off with DeRoos's wife??? Who will the DeRoos's dog run off with?
