If investors were falsely induced to put their money into CDFT, the corporate veil would be pierced and Mr. DeRoos would be personally liable.

That's where the money is IMO. It's been slowly siphoned off in the form of Preferred A dividends.

The only problem Matty is there may be nothing to go after.
