uh, we did have a big stock run up during the dot.com. bubble the Fed funded during Clinton, a play he spiked after being set up by the first Bush. W's answer to the drunken party Clinton and Greenspan threw was WAR! Which of course gave us even more debt that had to be bailed out by the Fed lowering interest rates into the crazy housing bubble deflation crisis which set up Obama and Bernanke to really SPIKE this stock market bubble and bank bail out.
