There is a theory, you know, that the Repulican't Prez. sets it up for the Dem to spike and the Prez. after the Dem has to clean up after the drunken party.

Yeah, please tell me how Bush cleaned up after Clinton. You've got it ass backwards. Did you ever hear of the Two Santa Claus Theory?

It's always a good time to revisit the "two Santa Claus theory" to understand what the GOP does...

Then, when a Democrat is in office, Republicans can scream about the debt and force the Democrats to take away entitlements.
