The only problem Matty is there may be nothing to go after. The Sports memorabilia was booked as $2,97M, total assets $3.1M. What's the true market value of the Sports memorabilia, as opposed to the paid appraiser's value? Possibly $0.00?

That's the trouble with these frauds. CDFT may already be a shell, ready for liquidation into BK. Where preferred gets first crack. The major source of revenue for this scam, converting and dumping Series C into the market has been mucked up by the DeRoos stock games. Any bets there's no cash left on the balance sheet. DeRoos still needs to pay himself a divy - this time against his Series E stock.

On deck is the 10K, assuming one is filed. Where issuing Series C to pay debt ought to be interesting. Also lingering in the background are the mundane multiple security violations, and attempted bond fraud.

It would probably be easy to find a lawyer who could make a strong case against CDFT. Finding something to collect, especially after the lawyer fees might be more difficult.
