The volume today SMASHES an all-time record for the stock. Previous was 4.2mil I believe.

It is very likely that the guys who just bought into the placement at $0.07 (Baker Bros, RTW, Tank, Boxer, etc.) are selling some shares since they about at $0.07.

But.....who is buying???

No news and volume at >3x the record for the stock????? never seen anything like it.
