No that explains nothing. You say it has hurt you and you claim that the company spent time and energy dealing with it. I don't see any evidence of that. But clearly you're new to the scene so you wouldn't know.

By the way, as the shares are not trading at 7.5 cents pre0-split and they hadn't traded that low in a long time I also don't see how you are in the plus column at the moment.
