The shareholders of TEVE, especially those that either gave up or needed funds are the ones that were hurt financially by the criminal manipulation. While payback is coming because of the success of the company those that no longer hold shares I'm sure were hurt. In addition TEVE was hurt by spending time and funds addressing this issue. For even more specific details perhaps you should ask one of the long longs to share their thoughts. I am one of the lucky ones who thanks to Joe arrived only about a year ago and my investment is up since I made it. Hope that helps! Go TEVE!!!
