You have not said how they may have hurt the company as TEVE never had to raise funds in the public market. Short sellers hurt companies by driving down the price forcing greater dilution when they need to raise funds. Exactly because TEVE was funded by its owner, this dilution issue was not a factor especially as dollar volumes were always quite low.

So again I ask, how do you think TEVE was hurt?
