I think they did a pretty good portrayal of what actually would happen. Most everybody would panic and reduce himself or herself to acting on their baser instincts for survival. Until Tony showed up both their behaviors continued to deteriorate even after they made up.

Throughout this entire series have you noticed the overall lack of respect displayed to the hierarchy? This in real life would not be tolerated nearly to the degree they allow on this show. I thought Tony apologizing was a sign of respect that I find lacking by everybody. Your name and respect is everything Someone disrespects you they die..thats the way its done...
