They are SUSPENDED with CA SOS and REVOKED......

with CA ABC. (see my sticky)

Their Federal importing license is valid that's all I care about.

A federal license never expires. That licensed is registered for operation in CA. CA requires an import license. CA and FL are amongst the most regulated states for importers.

Without cleaning things up in CA they can't don squat even if they have a federal importer license.
