An expired license does not mean "suspended". A renewal and a new license also not the same. They know what they're doing this isn't their first rodeo. The rollout is for 2014...all the events prior are only for promotional purposes and brand recognition. Their Federal importing license is valid that's all I care about. Things take time that's just the way it is.
