The "market" has been hot. "The market" is in reference to all the major exchanges.

You are correct though. MVTG is an OTC stock. The point was why shelve money in an OTC flat-liner when "the market" has been so hot.

Perhaps this explains why investors have been selling MVTG and reluctant to get in.
