you are right. the dexterity is a huge plus for them as well as the single port orifice. At this point a lot of them feel they are held captive by ISRG and are waiting for a alternative. MIS is the future of surgery and I as well as numerous other people in the medical community believe Titan will be a major player. Just need to jump through all the loopholes needed to bring it to market.
