Wouldn't you say its the dexterity of the arms that Surgeons are excited about...I would be if I was doing robotic surgery....having those degrees of movement as opposed to very few degrees of movement inside a human cavity has to be exciting for a surgeon. Plus the insurance companies and hospitals too.
