Mantra's two patent issued ERC and MTFC could be worth $billions in the near future. Financing can come from grants, Alstom as it is now, Private Placement(low float, low OS and low AS) that Larry has handled well in past, buyout, a KABOOM in pps and more. I'll stick with these rather than a doomsday made up scenario.
